Lifting and Earthmoving Machine Training South Africa, otherwise known as LAEMTSA, is Accredited with various Governmental bodies, and other third parties for the following, registrations, accreditations, certification of competency, authority, or credibility, by:

 

1. South African Revenue Services (SARS) for being Tax Compliant with our Company Taxes and Tax Returns, with our Company Income Tax Registration and Reference number of 9320813224.

2. The Department of Labour, for our companies contributions towards The Workman Compensation Fund in respect of Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) and have been issued a letter of Good Standing, with our COID Registration and Reference number of 990001244927.

3. Department of Transport, and have been issued a letter of Good Standing.

4. The Fibre Processing and Manufacturing (FP&M) SETA as a registered and accredited Training Services Provider (TSP) for the Unit Standards issued by them.

5. Transport Education Training Authority SETA (TETA) as a registered and accredited Training Services Provider (TSP) for the Unit Standards issued by them.

6. Construction Education Training Authority SETA (CETA) as a registered and accredited Training Services Provider (TSP) for the Unit Standards issued by them.

7. The Mining Qualifications Authority SETA (MQA) as a registered and accredited Training Services Provider (TSP) for the Unit Standards issued by them.

8. South African Revenue Services (SARS) for our Skills Development Levies contributions as a Company, with our SDL Registration and Reference number of L290809096.

9. The Department of Trade and Industry, by means of the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission CIPC for our companies registration as a Proprietary Limited (Pty) Ltd, by the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008), with Company Registration number 2019/464456/07.
